I never received my return confirmation.

RETURN  POLICY
To return an item, you must enter the order number and shipping zip code in the Return Portal and you will be guided through the process. If you're having difficulty locating your order number you may find it by logging into your Pnuma Account.

Once you've processed your RA through the Return Portal you will automatically receive an email with your return label. All item(s) must be returned unused, in new, re-sellable condition with hang tags and original packaging.

We offer a 30-day from product receipt, return period and cannot offer exchanges, refunds or store credit after 31 days. Items purchased as gifts are subject to this Policy.

EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, choose exchange and tell us the item name, size, and color you'd like in return. Your new item will ship once we've received and processed your return.

After following the steps above and you're still unable to find your email confirmation, you may email Customer Experience with the order number, email used at time of purchase, and name on the order.
