However, at this time, we regret to inform our international customers that shipping outside of Canada is not available. Rest assured, we are actively working towards expanding our shipping capabilities to include other countries in the near future. Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship out orders received prior to 12:00 pm CST the same day (not including weekends or U.S. holidays). This includes orders to Canada. Orders received after 12:00 pm CST will ship the following day. Any orders received on the weekends will be shipped on Monday. During peak volume periods it is possible that orders will take 2-3 days to ship. All purchases are filled and shipped in the order they’re received. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You may track your package by clicking the link in your email or by going directly to www.fedex.com.

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer both standard and two-day shipping options through FedEx. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, we will ship your package using FedEx SmartPost.

TWO-DAY DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Two Day Shipping is available for the continental U.S. Orders placed before 10:30 am CST will ship out the same day and deliver on the second business day. Orders placed after 10:30 am will not ship out until the next business day (business days do not include weekends or U.S. Holidays).

NEXT BUSINESS DAY DOMESTIC SHIPPING
When shipping Next Business Day Shipping, orders placed before 10:30 am CST will ship out the same day and deliver on the next business day. Orders placed after 10:30 am will not ship out until the next business day (business days do not include weekends or U.S. Holidays). Delivery is not available to PO Box addresses.

Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SHIPPING

  • Shipping to Canada may take longer than domestic US deliveries due to customs and international transit times.  Generally, packages will arrive within 7 business days from date of order confirmation.
  • We are proud to offer competitive shipping rates, which will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight/size of the order, along with the destination address.  Note that some “out of area” fees may apply to remote locations.
  • One your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • In the event that a package in undeliverable, you will be contacted to confirm shipping details.  Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of order to avoid delays.

PRICING

  • All prices on pnumaoutdoors.com are listed in USD.
  • Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices, and any customs fees assessed by your country will be charged at the time of delivery. These fees are collected by the local government and are not charged by us, please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these possible fees.
  • Our rates for international shipping do not include any applicable duties, any value-added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duties or taxes upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or taxes.
