RETURN POLICY
To return an item, you must enter the order number and shipping zip code in the Return Portal and you will be guided through the process. If you're having difficulty locating your order number you may find it by logging into your Pnuma Account.
We offer a 30-day from product receipt, return period and cannot offer exchanges, refunds or store credit after 31 days. All item(s) must be returned unused, in new, re-sellable condition with hang tags and original packaging.
Items purchased as gifts are subject to this Policy.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, choose exchange and tell us the item name, size, and color you'd like in return. Your new item will ship once we've received and processed your return.
Will I receive a discount on my replacement purchase if I can't wait for an exchange? Yes. Please email Customer Experience and they will adjust your replacement order, honoring the original purchase price.
RETURNING AN IconX HEATED VEST, PANT OR HAND WARMER? Please make sure your Power Pack (battery, charger and/or USB cord) and packaging, is included in your return, otherwise you will be charged the full price of $48.
YOUR PACKAGE BACK TO PNUMA
When your exchange or return is approved a prepaid shipping label will automatically be emailed to you. Print and affix the label to your package. **US orders only.*
