USING YOUR ICONX HEATED CORE GEAR
Prior to first use, plug charger into wall outlet, insert cord into battery and fully charge overnight. Disconnect battery from charger, shaking well. To reveal the batteries white indicator lights and approximate charge status, turn battery upside down: 1 light = ¼ charge, 2 lights = ½, 3 lights = ¾, 4 lights = Fully charged.
Depending on the model of your charger, you may see a red light which indicates the battery is charging. Green or no light indicates the battery is fully charged. (Some models may not have indicator lights.)
TO POWER ON
Shake your fully charged battery well, connecting it to the charging port in the battery pocket. Find the power button on your Heated Gear which will be a small raised square with Pnuma mountains. Left upper chest, for vest. Right inside of waist, for pant, and inside zipper pocket of handwarmer. Once you’ve located the power button, press, and hold for 2-3 seconds. Your Heated Gear will go into pre-heat mode and should flash red. After 5 minutes, button should automatically change to yellow, or medium heat setting.
ADJUSTING TEMPERATURE
At any time during or after preheat mode, adjust you gears temperature by pressing the power button once, to cycle to the next setting.
HEATED SYSTEM CARE
Use carefully, especially when worn directly against skin. Can cause serious burns. Do not use over sensitive skin areas or in presence of poor circulation. To prolong battery life and optimize performance, use only charger provided with system. Use of different chargers, voids warranty. Fully charge battery prior to first use, overnight. Unplug battery from charger after fully charged. Shake battery well before each use. Fully charge battery prior to storing and every three (3) months in off-season. Lithium batteries provide shorter storage capacity when exposed to extremely cold temperatures. To optimize battery longevity in off-season,
disconnect and leave battery in charging pocket.

OPTIMIZING ICONX HEATED GEAR PERFOMANCE
- Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and air dried.
- IconX Heated Gear contains elements for heat delivery and connection wire in the charging pocket.
- Prior to washing, disconnect and remove battery from pocket.
- Never machine wash or dry IconX Heated Gear. Doing so will void Pnuma Lifetime Guarantee
